If possible maintain an even emotional environment. We understand that isn’t always possible (and it may be the reason you need to attend ceremony.)

Avoid violent, suspenseful, emotional movies for two weeks.

Take nature walks

Spend time alone

Identify what situations in life ‘trigger’ you. What challenges you need to face, how you can grow, habits you can shift. This will help bring awareness.

Write down your intentions and outcomes you would like to receive from ceremony.
