The Application is for your safety and security. 

Your reservation will be confirmed when we have reviewed and approved your application. 

The seating is limited. We do require a 20% non-refundable deposit. 

$100 Ayahuasca Deposit

$60 Mushroom Deposit

There will be a link after the application to make payment. 

Before you begin your application we cannot accept members into ceremony with the following health conditions: 
Heart Disease
Asthma
Liver or Kidney Conditions
Pregnant
Not cleared by Doctor post surgery
Tuberculosis
BPD

We will accept you if you have these conditions, (most other ceremonies will not accept anyone with these conditions, be advised they won’t accept you for a reason, you are high risk):

Mental Disorders
Schizophrenia
BiPolar, Paranoia, Psychotic disorders
Diabetes
Terminal Illness
Disability
Chemotherapy (Maybe, Need a medical consult)
